Total years of experience- 3-6 years

This role demands the incumbent to perform multiple roles related to the delivery of security & risk management services to a client.
Responsibilities may include leading the development and implementation of policies and practices, security programs, multi-functional teams, and/or project plan delivery.
To provide subject matter expertise in specific areas such as logical & physical access management, information security, incident management, issue & risk management, audit readiness and compliance.
Experience on Identity and access management with Windows, Windows server support, Windows / Active directory ID management, Group management, Password policies, Basic security knowledge, Good Scripting knowledge on Windows platform, system security checking, server security checking, server security checking, vulnerability scanning.

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 3 years experience in IT Security- User access management, Identity and access management
  • English: Fluent

And creativity, why would we spend over 50% of the total visas we have to offer on India?
Steve Jobs supported H-1B. But, WITH H-1B there would have been no Steve Jobs. He made enough money, as a highschool grad, at Atari to start Apple. Could that possibly have occured today?
What about all the companies AMERICANS would start if American engineers had those jobs? Can you honestly say that only Indians deserve them? Can you honestly say that Koreans, Rusians, Etheopians, and Mexicans DON'T deserve these jobs?
What's so special about Indians that make them qualifed?
The answer: we've been favoring them for years

Let me provide a relative example here.

Now say you have a family who sold everything they owned to make it to America (this is common story in the Bay Area) able to make it to America, from say India.
Now back in India, people living in "real poverty," didn't have access to Food Stamps, welfare payments, Section 8 Housing or the projects. No access to WIC for mothers.
There are no homeless shelters to sleep in or soup kitchens for people to go get a fresh meal.
In fact, if you lose your job, there is no unemployment check for one to signup for.
And many of these folks coming from that type clear dichotomy of a society, can't seem to understand why many Americans can't seem to get their heads out of the sand or complain and set the bar for poverty so high
