Access Management NetBackup
We have a number of DBAs who will need access to Netbackup console to manage Oracle restores. Currently only a few Windows engineers administer Netbackup by Remote desktop directly to the master server (Win 2008 R2 NB188.8.131.52).
We have a Windows 2003 box in general use by support teams via Citrix and I'm hoping I can install the Java Windows Admin Console onto it for these DBAs to use. That server is not a Netbackup media server or client (it will eventually be a client as Netbackup is rolled out).
Will this work? What level of access will these users have to Netbackup - full control?
