I'm a mac user starting up my business, and an advisor told me that I need a contact management data desk program that is cross platform/multiplatform so I can share my data (address book client database, excel spreadsheets, etc) with pc users in my organization (global). This program should also be able to work with my cell phone (I'm not sure what coach means here...but I think it's so that I can work w/ more mobility and pull my data through my cell phone as well.
Does anyone have any advice on program names, versions, etc? Approximate costs? Anything you know that I should know is appreciated
